CRMP 2020-01 Crack Sealing – County Wide

Franklin County Public Works is inviting and requesting bid proposals for CRMP 2020-01 Crack Sealing – County Wide. The project provides for the installation of roughly 50 Tons of rubberized asphalt, provided by the contractor for crack sealing onto 35.84 miles of bituminous and asphalt pavements for the base bid. The additive bid(s) will be for installation, per TON, of rubberized asphalt for the City of Connell, City of Kahlotus, and the City of Washtucna including, flagging hours (HR) for each city.

Sealed bids shall be marked with the project name and number and be addressed to the Franklin County Public Works Director. Bids will be received at the Franklin County Public Works Department Office Building, 3416 Stearman Avenue, Pasco, Washington, 99301, until 10:00 AM, Thursday, March 26th, 2020, and will then and there be opened and publicly read aloud.  Bids shall be submitted only on the proposal form provided with the specifications.

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total contract amount.
